Quality Inspection
Ensure your gear is clean and placed in its original packaging; our team will review your request within 24-48 hours for approval.
Free Pickup
Once approved, a courier will be dispatched to your location within 3 business days to collect the package at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
